Can I customize my jewelry?

Absolutely! You can create custom pieces by selecting loose stones for your desired jewelry. Or for simpleness, just tell us your desires and budgets, we will help you out. It usually takes about 3-10 days to make customized jewelry before shipping.

If I ask for a certificate, which one should I choose?

There are two types of certificates we offer, one issued by NGTC(National Gemological Testing Center) and the other by local testing organizations. Both of them are legal and qualified to issue certificates. NGTC is more authoritative and has more advanced instruments to test, therefore more expensive. Local organizations are not that widely accepted especially when it comes to internationality, but prices are much cheaper than NGTC, so also very popular in China. Usually more of our customers in China ask local testing organizations for tests.

we provide tracking numbers once your order is delivered, usually in 12 hours after payment for finished jewelry and DIY items without a certificate. We will send you via Whatsapp or email that you leave us and it usually takes 12-15 days for you to receive it.
